Arbitration Experience

Arbitrator (sole arbitrator and co-arbitrator) in more than 30 disputes involving financial services, construction, and travel and hospitality.

International arbitration experience includes representing and advising clients in commercial arbitrations, as well as serving as tribunal secretary or assistant in more than 25 international commercial and investor-State arbitrations administered by or conducted under the rules of the ICC, ICDR-AAA, SIAC, PCA, LCIA, SCC, Swiss Arbitration Centre, DIAC, KCAB, and JCAA, as well as ad hoc proceedings, including under the UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules. Matters have been seated in London, Paris, Geneva, Singapore, Zürich, New York, Stockholm, Tokyo, Dubai, and other venues, and have involved energy and natural resources, construction, life sciences, technology and intellectual property, banking, defense contracting, and other commercial disputes, as well as investor-State disputes under bilateral and multilateral investment treaties.
